Seasonal favorites take the stage this November in our Hylton Presents series. Kicking off the month is a Veterans Day weekend celebration with Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra: Salute to the Military (11/12). Vocalist Darden Purcell joins conductor Jim Carroll, both of whom are Veterans, for an unforgettable evening of jazz standards! The performance will include classics from the Jazz Age, such as a medley of songs from the Andrews Sisters, as well as iconic hits like “Sentimental Journey.” November also introduces our beloved tradition of welcoming the holiday season with Chanticleer (11/27). This two-time GRAMMY Award-winning a cappella ensemble offers a mix of Renaissance music, Gospel hymns, Christmas carols from around the globe, and tunes from the Great American Songbook.
