From Mexican dance and folklore to Broadway hits, world-class ballet, and classical guitar, an impressive-line up of performances are only a click or phone call away. This spring, Hylton Presents hits the refresh button with Russian National Ballet’s The Sleeping Beauty (3/6), as the classic tale is brought to life under the direction of legendary Bolshoi principal dancer Elena Radchenko. Next, catch chart-topping classical guitarist phenom MILOŠ (3/8) with members of the group 12 ensemble, in a Hylton Center debut that covers everything from classics to the Beatles. Later this month, take in the swirling colors, music, and dance of Mexico with Ballet Folclórico Nacional de México de Silvia Lozano (3/22) followed by a night of Broadway stardom with Broadway Princess Party (3/29). Two-time Tony nominee Laura Osnes (Rodger and Hammerstein’s Cinderella), Tony nominee Susan Egan (Disney’s Beauty and the Beast), and Christy Altomare (Broadway’s original Anastasia) dazzle in this performance for Broadway enthusiasts. Interested in going behind-the-scenes for a "meet and greet" opportunity with the cast after the performance? A limited number of tickets for this experience will be available for purchase in the Didlake Grand Foyer two hours prior to the performance at the Broadway Princess Party merchandise table. The month of March closes with Matinee Idylls: Virginia Opera’s A Taste of Opera (3/31) in an afternoon of musical delights.
